What kind of charger does LELO use?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

All LELO devices should be charged using the LELO USB Cable<\/a> or 5V Charger <\/span>except for<\/b> the first generation Smart Wand Large, which uses a 9V Charger<\/a>. The second generation Smart Wand 2s should be charged using the LELO USB Cable<\/a> or 5V Charger like all other toys.<\/span><\/p>\n

We do not recommend using any other chargers, adapters and\/or power banks with LELO products.<\/span><\/p>\n

Should I charge my LELO toy before first use?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Yes, the device should be charged before first use. Don\u2019t forget to clean it<\/a> as well!<\/span><\/p>\n

How long do I need to charge my LELO toy?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

LELO devices should not be charged for more than 2 hours.<\/span><\/p>\n

Can you use LELO while charging?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Using a LELO device while plugged in for charging is <\/span>not<\/b> recommended.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do I know my LELO is fully charged?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u200b\u200bWhen the device is connected to the charger, the LED light should blink. This is an indication that the device is currently charging. Once lights are steady, it means that the device is fully charged.<\/span><\/p>\n

How long does it take LELO SONA to charge?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

LELO SONA<\/a> should be charged for two hours max, like all other toys.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do I charge my LELO device after cleaning it or using it underwater?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Make sure to fully dry your LELO device before putting it to charge. Otherwise, the process is the same. Most LELO devices are 100% waterproof, but you can double-check on the LELO website<\/a> to be sure.<\/span><\/p>\n

Does the product standby time affect charging in any way?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The standby time for most devices is 90 days, which means that if your toy is charged that the battery won\u2019t vanish within that time frame. We do recommend that you use and charge your toy every three months to keep its battery in prime condition.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
