WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Learn and understand the brand, with support from the communications teams regarding appropriate tone
  • Develop, plan and implement a SM & Influencer strategy
  • Develop reactive and proactive SM campaigns
  • Own and expand the day-to- day management of our social media profiles and presence – including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube – and grow our following and influence
  • Support local markets with SM training and best practices
  • Grow strong networks with KOLs and Influencers
  • Manage blogger relations inline with PR
  • Competitor and market analysis and trends awareness
  • Respond to and interact with anyone who is posting on our social media
  • Keeping track of all comments and queries
  • Work with the Creative and Communications teams to organically amplify the impact of our regular communications and PR activity through smart social and community campaigns. This will include working with our PR agency to advise on how the content they create or use with traditional media can be used most effectively across social channels to engage relevant audiences
  • Make sure we are up-to- date with the latest developments in social media and that we have a presence on all the relevant networks

WHAT YOU’VE DONE

  • 2 years proven, extensive experience in digital and social media communications & analysis – or surprise us with your background altogether.
  • An excellent standard of English, excellent writing, presentation and representative skills, with experience in sourcing and managing content development and publishing in a professional capacity.
  • Degree level education or equivalent.
  • Flexibility and adaptability—an individual who can work individually on a project as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills - ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships.

JOB BRIEF

The Affiliate Managers will be working remotely from Barcelona or other European cities. They will be using their linguistic (German, Polish, Russian, and/or other European languages plus English) and affiliate marketing skills, not only to bring sales through affiliates, but also to take part in a revolution in the luxury world, building a brand that has innovation and design at its core. The successful candidates will grow our Affiliate Program in their allocated market(s).

This job requires to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm local time. While the vacancy is remote, candidates need to be in Europe and be willing/able to travel 3-5 times per year to affiliate conferences, events, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·Execute against and inform the affiliate strategy.

·Coordinating with stakeholders across all channels of LELO to ensure its effectiveness and maximizing active affiliate coverage, share of voice, traffic, conversion and sales figures.

·Build affiliate campaigns and compensation strategies.

·Affiliate recruitment and relationship building.

·Monitoring spend and performance levels relative to budgets and expected KPI's.

·Become an advocate of LELO's Affiliate Program both internally across the organization and externally across the digital marketing tools and affiliate space.

·Monitoring and reporting on competitors affiliate campaigns.

·Finding new possibilities for affiliate’s sales uplift.

·Keeping track of affiliate sales and creating sales reports.

German Blog Writer | Editor (m | f)

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The world’s leading pleasure brand, LELO, is seeking an outstanding, passionate and experienced Blog Writer/Editor to bring its sex, relationship and health content to a German audience.

The role will see the successful candidate taking ownership of the production of high quality content for the German version of LELO’s digital publishing arm, Volonte. With support and direction from the Global marketing team, you will be responsible for transliterating existing English content into German, and sourcing unique and interesting content for a German audience.

You will also manage any German social media channels, and source valuable and equally passionate German authorities and contributors, to make the German site the most influential amongst its competitors.

The scope of this role is negotiable for the right candidate. This can be freelance, remote, or (preferably) full-time in LELO’s office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Mapping out a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why. Continuous evolvement of strategy is a must.
  • Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content, approving meta data for each post, formatting, categorizing, tagging images and linking to related posts.

We’re looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to work to develop and manage the Intimate Health portfolio within the FMCG / Pharma category for the Benelux market.

This professional will define long-term organizational strategic goals, will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Launching in Germany in 2017, we are now looking for a Business Development Manager to develop and manage the Intimate Health portfolio within the FMCG / Pharma category for the DACH markets. This professional will define long-term strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Global and local marketing team and other departments to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization.

As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Contribute to end to end growth strategy for the Intimate Health business, prioritizing multiple opportunities and making sound priority judgments whilst being aware of the resource implications of all such decisions and showing a clear path to delivering outstanding new business growth.
  • Clearly demonstrating the P&L benefits of developing each opportunity, executing at scale and with understanding of the business models and success criteria for each business.
  • Developing and delivering short and long term sales forecasts.
  • Cultivating brand new relationships within new channels

Basic Qualifications
