My LELO product does not work and / or charge. What should I do?

In order to find out where the problem lies, please run through the following actions:
Attempt to charge your LELO product. if the battery has been completely drained, it may take up to 5 minutes for the LED to begin to pulse, indicating charging is taking place. This is because the charger initially charges with a very low current to protect the battery. if the LED still does not respond after 5 minutes, please check that:
The DC plug is firmly plugged into the DC socket.
The main plug is firmly plugged into the wall socket.

If your LELO product has apparently completed charging but still does not work, ensure that the travel lock is not on. hold down the + and – buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to turn the travel lock off. The LED will light up to confirm unlocking.
