LELO.com Gift Cards are only redeemable on LELO.COM. Acceptance of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which may change at any time.

GIFT CARDS LIMITATIONS
You may not return or cancel your LELO.com Gift Card after it has been received. Purchasers who wish to cancel a Gift Card purchase order prior to its delivery to a recipient should contact Customer Support in appropriate time frame.
Gift Cards are activated immediately once the recipient has received the code, they do not expire and are one time use only. As you are well aware that this gift card is obtained and purchased from LELO and you have fully access and understand all the restrictions attached to this gift card. Since you have purchased it and that means you accept and are binding with the restrictions attached to this gift card.

You may not use a Gift Card to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Void if reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Gift Cards that have not been used yet may not be transferred.

Note: Gift Cards purchased through a perk on lelo.com/hex-condoms-original and Indiegogo cannot be used to purchase further perks on LELO.com and coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with this type of Gift Card. They are also a one-time use and no balance is kept.

Gift Cards are subject to LELO.com Privacy Policy.

RISK OF LOSS
Ownership and risk of loss of Gift Cards passes to the purchaser as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.

HOW TO USE
Purchasing a Gift Card
Select a Gift Card amount and complete the online form. Include the recipient's name, email address, your name for the recipient or send as anonymous and add an optional message. You can select a date for your Gift Card to be ordered up to 6 months in advance from the current date.
The Virtual Gift Card will be sent to the receiver once your order has been approved and on the date you selected. You will in turn receive a dispatch confirmation email.

How to Redeem
Enter the code on your Gift Card during checkout and the total of the card will be deducted from your order as payment.

Please Note:
If the total order amount exceeds your gift card, you will need to pay the outstanding balance using a debit or credit card. If your Gift Card exceeds the total amount of your order, the remaining balance of your Gift Card cannot be redeemed next time and never be redeemed in the future. Since this is a one-time use gift card, we sincerely advise you to add more products into the check-out shopping cart in order to use up the gift card one time. Failure to do so shall mean that you have given up the right to consume the remaining balance.

REASONS FOR FAILED DELIVERY OF ONLINE GIFT CARD
Virtual Gift Cards are delivered via email. If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the Online Gift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:

·       Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
·       Recipient's firewall blocked the email
·       Email inbox is over size limit
·       Invalid email address

If a spam filter is blocking no-reply1@lelo.com emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that emails coming from "no-reply1@lelo.com"  are not considered spam.

PERSONALIZED MESSAGING
If you wish to add a personal message to a Gift Card, simply type your message in the Message field during the purchase process.
Personal messages are limited in length indicated on the message input box. There is no additional charge to include a personalized message.
We don't read every gift message, but if we do find inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable messages, we reserve the right to cancel them.

LELO.COM AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF A GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
