TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms and conditions: LELO Labs™

These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of LELO LABS™ products, including one-time purchases and subscription services ("Service") offered by LELO. This Agreement is managed by LELOi AB, Karlavägen 41, 114 31 Stockholm, Sweden, as the Food Business Operator.

By placing an order or subscribing to the Service, you ("Subscriber" or "you") agree to be bound by these terms. Please read this Terms and Conditions carefully before subscribing.

1. SUBSCRIPTION & ELIGIBILITY

  • Service Overview: The Service provides recurring deliveries of LELO LABS™ nutritional supplements. By choosing a subscription, you authorize automated recurring billing at the frequency selected during checkout.
  • Eligibility: The subscription option is available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Acceptance: Subscriptions are non-transferable. LELO reserves the right to not accept new subscribers.
  • Health and Safety: Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the indicated daily intake. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children, adolescents, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
  • Medical Consultation: Please consult your medical practitioner before use, especially if you are anticipating surgery, taking any medications, or have a known history of medical conditions. Persons taking anticoagulant medication should seek medical advice before consuming vitamin K-containing supplements.
  • Regulatory Disclaimer: These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA or equivalent regulatory bodies; this product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. By subscribing, you confirm that you have read and understood the health and safety information and are not in any excluded category (pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or on anticoagulant medications).

2. BILLING, PRICING, AND CANCELLATION

  • Billing Cycle: Payment for the Service will be automatically billed to the payment method provided during the subscription process at the start of each renewal cycle.
  • Payment Processors (Adyen & Recurly): All subscription payments are processed by Recurly using Adyen as a payment processor. Your credit card information is securely stored as a token by Adyen and is used solely for recurring billing. LELO does not store your credit card details.
  • Authorization: By subscribing, you authorize Recurly and Adyen to automatically charge your payment method for the subscription period.
  • Payment Failure: If payment fails, we will notify you and attempt a recharge cycle. If payment cannot be collected within fourteen (14) days, your subscription will expire.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting LELO Customer Care (customercare@lelo.com). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are provided for partially completed cycles.
  • Price Changes: LELO reserves the right to adjust pricing. Any changes to subscription rates will be communicated via email at least thirty (30) days in advance.

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Timeline: Delivery occurs following successful payment processing.
  • Address: Delivery will be made to the address registered in your customer account. It is your responsibility to ensure these details are current.
  • Unavailability: If delivery is not possible, we will inform you immediately and refund any payment received.
  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. RETURN POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In alignment with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and general LELO health protection standards:

Withdrawal Right

EU Consumers may withdraw from purchase within 14 days from delivery date by sending a clear statement (email) to customercare@lelo.com with the order number.

Product Condition

Must be unopened and in original condition.

Hygiene Clause

Right of withdrawal is lost once factory packaging/seals are opened or broken.

Refunds

LELO will reimburse payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice and/or the returned product.

5. PRODUCT REPRESENTATIONS & LIABILITY

  • Formulation Evolution: LELO LABS™ products are continually evolving formulations. We reserve the right to modify ingredients, specifications, or packaging to improve quality and safety without prior notice.
  • Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. Your sole remedy for a discrepancy is to return the product in accordance with Section 4.
  • Liability Limitation: To the extent permitted by law, LELO’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription month. LELO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. DATA PROTECTIONY

Your privacy and the protection of your personal data are very important to us. For a detailed description of how we collect and use your personal data, please see our Privacy Policy where you can familiarize yourself with the choices you can make in relation to your personal data. By using the Service, you acknowledge your awareness of your rights and obligations defined in our Privacy Policy and undertake to act in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations related to personal data and data security.

7. GOVERNING LAW 

The laws of Sweden, without regard to or application of its conflict of law provisions, will govern these Terms. You confirm that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof or the use of the Services, but excluding legal action by LELO to collect or recover damages for, or obtain any injunction relating to, intellectual property ownership or infringement, shall be settled solely before the Swedish competent courts. You agree that you may bring claims against LELO only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
