Yes. The product must be returned to a LELO warehouse indicated by our Customer Care team before the coupon is issued.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Coupon can only be used on the LELO Brands (LELO, LELO BEAUTY, LELO LABS, INTIMINA and HEX products, excluding accessories, bundles, or deluxe/gold/silver editions).
Any remaining value is forfeited at checkout. However, you can add multiple items from LELO brands to your cart to reach the coupon value, as long as all items in the cart are eligible for the coupon.
