Soraya 2.
I have fallen in love with this toy, a rabbit which isn’t intimidating or covered in bells and whistles but designed with the simple task of providing you with pleasure.
If you’ve come to find a toy that bridges the gap between self-pleasure and self-exploration, this might just be the toy for you.
She looks daunting, with her 4.3-inch appendix and the external arm which is a bullet in itself, but once you overcome this initial fear of something different to what you might be used to, the Soraya 2 might quickly become your most used toy.
The Soraya 2 oozes class and careful consideration and is designed to meet the areas of your body that you may not even know exist.
We’ll start from the beginning, as when talking about these toys, I have a tendency to get ahead of myself and cross the finish line before I’ve enjoyed the race.
The packaging sets the precedent for the experience you can have with these toys. It’s sophisticated and private and just for YOU. Though there’s no shame in self-pleasure, it might not be something that you want your local delivery person to know about, or to shout IT’S ARRIVED from the rooftop, so have peace of mind that what’s arriving at your door is your business.
The Soraya 2 comes with everything you need; a charging lead, your warranty card, a user manual and a sachet of personal moisturiser (my new non-negotiable).
Like always, the worst part of this process is waiting for the toy to charge, but it’s worth it. The first time I tried the Soraya 2, I was impatient and had only let it charge for about 2 minutes before I eagerly started to explore its eight pleasure setting. Not surprisingly, it ran out of battery before I had finished my exploration. SO, patience is a virtue.
Though this toy is similar to the Enigma, it provides such a different experience. And though I was previously nonchalant to penetrative self-pleasure toys, I now find myself grappling with which toy I want to use, leaving my bullets, and clitoral stimulators in my bedside drawer.
Though the Soraya 2 looks more daunting than the Enigma, if you’re not used to this kind of toy, I actually have found that the Soraya 2 provides a softer introduction to penetrative sex toys.
The ‘rabbit’ arm is soft yet firm and moves in a way which slides rather than rubs. It provides pressure in the right place and because the surface area is quite large, the contact is less direct and the movement is far more flexible. And because of the shape and the nature of the arm designed for outer stimulation, with its length and width, the Soraya 2 provides the opportunity of movement, expanding the ways in which the toy can be used and explored. I even managed to go hands free, which just isn’t accessible or useful with the Enigma.
If you’re looking to push your boundaries and you’ve already explored most dildos and rabbits, then I would highly recommend the Enigma as your next destination. However, if you’re new to the world of rabbits and penetrative sex toys, the Soraya 2 is a perfect introduction and a versatile toy which demands that you listen to your body to establish what feels good.
The eight different pleasure settings provide variety, switching between the internal and external arm, or both moving in unison. I’m inclined to stick to the setting I know I like, as I risk losing the constant vibration and movement at just the wrong time. But listen to your body, you may find new depths when removing the outer clitoral stimulant or introducing more of an ‘on/off’ vibration pattern.
Unlike a traditional rabbit, the Soraya 2 is smooth and rather than two ear-like ticklers, you’re gifted with a mini bullet. This can even be used without the internal arm providing pressure and stimulation to the G-Spot, or you could just use the larger surface area of the internal arm on your outer clitoris – there are no rules! That’s the beauty of this product, it’s versatile and designed to please you… in whatever way pleases you.
