What's the shelf life of HEX?

5 years.

Does HEX contain spermicide?

No.

How much of the surface is covered by the HEX™ pattern?

The pattern covers 16.9% of the total condom.

How many hexagons are there in total on the condom?

A total of 350 hexagons cover each and every HEX™ condom.

Can I feel the texture?

Yes! When touching the condom you'll immediately notice the raised inner hexagonal pattern. But when you're using it, you'll be too focused on your partner. Condoms don't bring you pleasure, your partner does, and that's truer for HEX™ than any other condom, at least as far as our experience and testing suggests.

So the texture is on the inside of the condom?

Exactly! This is what makes HEX™ so special. This inner 'net' not only functions as a reinforcement structure, it enhances grip and sensation.

How safe is HEX™?

HEX not only meets but also succeeds all international safety standards. Furthermore, we electronically test each and every condom we ship to ensure the highest quality.

Is this the first graphene condom?

No, this condom is not made of graphene. It’s made out of all natural latex. Through our research, we realized that latex remains the most suitable and most natural material on the market, far superior to Poly-Urethane and Poly-Isoprene(unless you have a latex allergy). We we will keep pushing the boundaries of innovation and explore the graphene route as well as other materials but as things look now, a condom made out of graphene is something for a very distant future.

How thick and thin is HEX™?

The thickness of HEX™ varies slightly between 0.045mm and 0.055mm (0.0017-0.0021 inches).

What does HEX™ smell like?

No fragrance is actively added to the condom. The water-based lubricant has a naturally clean scent, though it's not perfumed as such. It remains perfectly body-safe.

How big is HEX™?

HEX™ is 54mm in diameter and 180mm long, which is the average condom size.

Is HEX™ Vegan?

Is HEX™ Vegan?

HEX™ condoms have no animal derivatives, and thus they are vegan friendly.

Is it safe to use a silicone-based lubricant with my LELO product?

LELO recommends that you not use a silicone-based lubricant with your LELO product, as this could make the silicone permanently tacky. A water-based lubricant is the safest option. If you wish to use a silicone-based lubricant, perform a patch-test first. You should also never use massage oil or hand cream as lubricants. However, note that LELO LUXE products are suitable for both silicone- and water-based lubricants.

My LELO product does not work and / or charge. What should I do?

In order to find out where the problem lies, please run through the following actions:
Attempt to charge your LELO product. if the battery has been completely drained, it may take up to 5 minutes for the LED to begin to pulse, indicating charging is taking place. This is because the charger initially charges with a very low current to protect the battery. if the LED still does not respond after 5 minutes, please check that:
The DC plug is firmly plugged into the DC socket.
The main plug is firmly plugged into the wall socket.

If your LELO product has apparently completed charging but still does not work, ensure that the travel lock is not on. hold down the + and – buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to turn the travel lock off. The LED will light up to confirm unlocking.

Does a LELO charger for England work in Sweden, if you use an adapter?

Our chargers are basically all the same as far as input goes. If you have a look at the label the input voltage starts at 110v and goes up to 240v so you may use it worldwide. obviously with the correct adapter.

Can I use my LELO product in the shower?

Except for the Insignia line which is completely waterproof for up to 1 metre, your LELO product is splash proof, but is not designed to be a waterproof product. This basically means that it is fine to clean the product according to the instructions in the manual, carefully avoiding submersion and getting water into the DC socket or around the buttons. Using your LELO product in the shower will invalidate LELO’s warranty conditions.
