Welcome to the LELO Shipping information center. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process your orders and ship them, from delivery times to shipping fees and other helpful information. Our shipping network spans across the globe; for more information on specific markets, please check the details below.

European Union

We offer two shipping options for the EU:

  • - Regular shipping takes 8-12 days and is entirely free of charge.
  • - Express shipping takes 2-3 working days via express carriers such as DHL/UPS/FedEx at the cost of EUR 9.99.

Couriers: FedEx, DHL, DPD, GLS, TNT, EDS.

United Kingdom

We offer two shipping options for the UK:

  • - Premium shipping usually takes between 5-7 working days at the price of GBP 4.99.
  • - Regular shipping takes 8-12 days and is entirely free of charge.

USA

We offer two shipping options for the US:

  • - Regular shipping takes 8-12 days with UPS-MI. (free of charge)
  • - Express shipping takes 2-3 working days with FedEx. (USD 9.90)

An additional delay of up to 2 days on top of a regular 8-12 day period should be expected. That is due to the variable time it takes to process and approve your order.

Countries outside of the EU and USA

All deliveries outside the EU and USA usually arrive within 3-5 business days (it is beyond our power) and are free of charge. There may also be additional duties, fees, or taxes outside the EU and US raised by the authorities in your country that we have no control over. Regarding many changes related to Brexit, no additional import duty costs will be applied to orders from the UK until further notice.

Mexico

All orders are shipped within 2 business days from the approval notice. Local (Mexico City and surroundings) usually take 1-3 days; orders outside of Mexico City from 2-4 days.

Is your packaging discreet?

As your discretion is essential to us, our packages will come to you in plain cardboard boxes without big logos or letters, so no nosy neighbors or kids will have the slightest idea about the enormous amounts of fun you'll be having.

Law requirements

Due to legislation, various customs regulations, and international inspections, the waybill label must contain written information about the sender in small print. For that reason, your package will include the brand's name written in a highly discreet manner. And due to other customs requirements, for countries outside the EU & US, your package will say "handheld massager" as a description on the box.

When will I receive my package?

We usually ship internet orders within two days of approving an order, and most will arrive within five days of shipment, but this can vary depending on the country. You can always check your order's status by checking the delivery company's website using the tracking number we sent via email once the parcel is shipped. Please note that we cannot ship to certain countries due to legal restrictions. If delivery problems arise, we will contact you by email or phone.

Do you ship to a PO box?

Yes, but only in the USA. We use USPS to send out all orders to PO boxes. Take your pick and get ready to give a warm welcome to your new friend.
