Where can i register my 10 year warranty?

Your 10 year warranty is automatically registered when your 1 year warranty is registered. It comes into effect on the day after your 1 year warranty expires.

What is the difference between the 1 year and 10 year warranty?

The 1-year warranty covers you up to one year after the purchase date. If there is a problem within this time you can claim and receive a free replacement. The 10-year warranty covers your product for the ten years subsequent to your 1 year warranty’s expiration date. If you encounter a problem with your LELO product within this time, you will receive a 50% discount on your next purchase of a LELO product

How do I register my LELO product?

On the LELO homepage, click ‘Log In’ in the upper right corner of the page. Once at the login page, select the ‘New Customer’ option and enter your information. After you have created your account and are logged in, you can click on ‘LELO Warranty’ and enter the information that applies to your LELO product.  *Note: The serial number of your LELO product can be found on the back of your authenticity card included with your product.
